Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — uninstalled and in its original packaging. You will also be responsible for the return freight charges and insurance.
Restocking fee. A 30% restocking fee applies to any returned item that was ordered and delivered, or already on a truck for delivery.
Custom and made-to-order products. Doors and panels manufactured to your specifications (custom sizes, hinge orientation, finishes, or options) are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, or do not match the specifications you ordered. To start a return, contact us at sales@eltcustomcoolers.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery, before signing the freight carrier's delivery receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, note it on the delivery receipt, refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately at 313-528-7888 so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on custom or made-to-order products (except as described above), items that have been installed or modified, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable on all returns not due to damage or defect. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
